The Pioneer (wood) when radiating anger can penetrate the Judge (earth) energy, blocking the Judge from sustaining balance and quality, which fosters feelings of not being supported.

The Judge (earth) when radiating lack of support can penetrate the Philosopher's (water) energy, damming the water or the Philosopher's visions of the bigger picture.
